今天wsj上的一侧消息:The Supreme Court has struck down a Louisiana law that all
ows the execution of people convicted of raping a child. In a 5-4 vote, the co
urt said the law allowing the death penalty to be imposed in cases of child ra
pe violates the Constitution's ban on cruel and unusual punishment.

不禁回想起Boston Legal第四季17集，Alan站在Supreme Court声讨 Louisiana对于一个那
个智障采取死刑的场景，难道这个决定是因为Alan?太巧合了吧。再翻出来bostonlegal season4-17，Alan在美国最高法院上的演说也太荡气回肠拍案叫绝了。Death Penalty的故事在BL出现过很多次，一直是个颇受争议但是又倍感无力改变现状的话题，之前在texas，类似的悲剧就曾发生。估计下一季的BL也会有所回应吧。最后发张AlanShore的照片，我是他的big fan啊~~
